Antibodix columns are specially designed for high resolution, high efficiency and high recovery separations of antibodies. The packing support is composed of a rigid, spherical, highly cross-linked poly(styrene divinylbenzene) (PS/DVB) non-porous bead. The non-porous resin has particle size of 1.7, 3, 5 and 10 mm. The PS/DVB resin surface is grafted with a highly hydrophilic, neutral polymer thin layer with the thickness in the range of nanometer. On the top of the hydrophilic layer, weak anion-exchange functional groups are attached via a proprietary chemistry, resulting in high capacity ion-exchange layer.

Carbomix

Carbomix lines of columns have been specifically designed for high resolution separation of water soluble and partially water soluble organic compounds, including carbohydrates, organic acids, peptides, and small bio organic molecules involved in cell metabolism. These novel packing materials are based on low crosslinked (5%, 8% and 10%) polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) particles (5 and 10 mm) with surface modification of sulfonic acid (-SO3H) for Carbomix H-NP resins, followed by chelating of various metal ions, calcium ions (Ca2+) for Carbomix Ca-NP, lead ion (Pb2+) for Carbomix Pb-NP, potassium ion (K+) for Carbomix K-NP, and sodium ion (Na+) for Carbomix Na-NP resins.

Proteomix

Proteomix ion-exchange columns are specially designed for high resolution, high efficiency and high recovery separations of proteins, oligonucleotides, carbohydrates, and peptides. The packing support is composed of a rigid, spherical, highly cross-linked poly(styrene divinylbenzene) (PS/DVB) bead. Both porous and non-porous PS/DVB beads are provided. The porous PS/DVB resins have particle sizes of 5 and 10 mm with the pore size of 500 Å. The non-porous resins have particle sizes of 1.7, 3, 5 and 10 mm. The PS/DVB resin surface is grafted with a highly hydrophilic, neutral polymer layer with the thickness in the range of nanometer. The hydrophobic PS/DVB resin surface is totally covered by such a hydrophilic coating that eliminates non-specific bindings with biological analytes, leading to high efficiency and high recovery separations for biomolecules. On the top of the hydrophilic layer, a layer of ion-exchange functional groups is attached via chemical bonding. A proprietary chemistry was developed to synthesize a densely packed, uniform ion-exchange layer.

SRT-SEC

Utilizing proprietary surface technologies, SRT SEC phases are made of uniform, hydrophilic, and neutral nanometer thick films chemically bonded onhigh purity and mechanically stabilizedsilica. The well-controlled surface chemistry results in excellent lot-to-lot reproducibility. Our unique bonding chemistry, coupled with the maximized bonding density, allows SRTSEC to provide high stability and negligible non-specific interactions. SRT SEC packings have large pore volume, resulting in high separation resolution. The narrowly dispersed, spherical silica particles of the SRT packings for SEC-100, SEC-150, SEC-300, SEC-500, SEC-1000 and SEC-2000 have nominal pore sizes at 100, 150, 300, 500, 1,000, and 2,000 Å, respectively. Typical applications for SRT SEC columns include separation and detection of biological molecules and water soluble polymers in aqueous buffers.

Zenix SEC 3µm phases are made of uniform, hydrophilic, and neutral nanometre thick proprietary surface coating chemically bonded on high purity and mechanically stabilized silica Zenix SEC 3µm columns deliver unrivalled separation efficiency and resolution due to their unique packing combined with a large pore volume. The well-controlled surface chemistry results in excellent lot-to-lot reproducibility. Our unique bonding chemistry, coupled with the maximized bonding density, allows Zenix SEC to provide high stability and negligible non-specific interactions. Available pore sizes of Zenix packings are 100, 150 and 300Å.
